Ingredients For Milk Bread
- Bread: 2 slices
- Butter: 1 ½ tbsp
- Milk: ¾ cup
- Sugar: 3 tbsp
- Custard powder: 1 ¼ tsp
- Tutti frutti: For garnish
- Mint leaves: For garnish
Milk Bread Recipe
- To prepare milk bread, start by heating a pan on the stove and adding butter.
- Place two slices of bread in the pan and fry them until golden brown.
- Pour one cup of milk over the bread, sprinkling sugar on top. Use a spoon to ensure the milk soaks into the upper part of the bread without flipping it, as this may cause it to break.
- In a separate bowl, mix custard powder with ¾ cup of milk until smooth and gradually pour this mixture into the pan over the bread.
- Allow the custard to thicken slowly, then turn off the heat. Garnish the dish with tutti frutti and a few mint leaves.
