The 120-seater space features bold art, 80s-90s curios, and minimal design elements like wooden fixtures, subway tiles, and retro grouting. Permit & Co. focuses on nostalgic food and drinks, offering a fresh take on the spirit of old Bombay. The menu satisfies comfort cravings with dishes like Imli Choka with Rice Crisps, Schezuan Chakli, and Chinese Bhel with Manchurian pancake. Small plates include Phodni Burrata, Masala Croissant, Nizaami Haleem with Wonton crackers, and Jackfruit 65. Main courses feature Thecha Mac & Cheese, Permit Room Egg Curry, and Mangalorean Ghee Roast Chicken with Neer Dosa.
