She’s looking more slender and healthier than she has in years.
Exclusive Daily Mail photos taken in her Encino Hills, Los Angeles neighborhood caught the A-list actress, 61, in an act of kindness: helping a neighbor clear clutter out from his garage.
She was the picture of suburban normalcy, loading a full garbage bag into the trunk of her neighbor’s vehicle.
She was wearing a white linen shirt buttoned only at the neck over a gray tank top with loose black pants, black sneakers and sunglasses. A blue crossbody bag and her gray-blonde hair clipped in a loose bun completed the look.
Most noteworthy, though, was what she was not wearing: her wedding ring – and much of the weight the ’90s Hollywood bombshell had piled on in recent years.

It’s Bridget Fonda, star of movies including The Godfather Part III and Jackie Brown, and who, in 2022, made headlines for her ballooning obesity.
Now, Fonda’s face, arms and legs are becoming increasingly lean. And though she is not down to Hollywood’s obsessive standards of thinness, her transformation has brought relief to fans and well-wishers who have been concerned not just about her weight, but also her health and longtime reclusiveness since she quit showbusiness after the turn of the century.
Given Hollywood’s recent Ozempic craze, there has been speculation that Fonda has taken weight-loss drugs to aid – following in the footsteps of other formerly fuller-figured stars such as Amy Schumer and Rebel Wilson.
Then again, some of her fans have surmised that she has simply lost weight naturally by doing more cardio and weight training.

She also wore sunglasses, a blue crossbody bag and had her gray-blond hair clipped in a loose bun
Her absence of a wedding band also remains open to speculation. Fonda and her husband, film composer Danny Elfman, have not been seen together in years – and she hasn’t been seen wearing the ring in over six months.
Though publicly available court records in LA show no sign that the Single White Female star has divorced Elfman, 71, whom she married in November 2003. They have a son together in 2005.
A month before she and Elfman became engaged, Fonda survived a serious car accident along the Pacific Coast Highway in February 2003. She fractured her vertebra – and the incident sparked her decision to suddenly withdrew from the public eye to focus on a more private life. She hasn’t acted since.
Elfman was the lead singer and songwriter for the LA rock band Oingo Boingo before going on to compose for movies, including Batman, Beetlejuice, Edward Scissorhands, Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, and Alice in Wonderland.
Elfman has been battling a slew of sexual harassment claims in recent years.
In 2023, his former protégé Nomi Abadi claimed he had harassed her on multiple instance, including once serving her a martini glass filled with semen, before paying her off.
Elfman denies all allegations against him.

For her part, Fonda debuted on the big screen at age 5 in the 1969 drama Easy Rider, which starred her father, Peter Fonda. She is the granddaughter of actor Henry Fonda and niece of Jane Fonda, 87.
Since quitting Hollywood, Fonda has not looked back.
When spotted at an airport in 2023 and asked if she hoped to reignite her career, she didn’t hesitate.
‘No, I don’t think so, it’s too nice being a civilian,’ she said.
