Trisha Paytas set to make her Broadway debut with one-night-only show after SNL cameo

Social media star Trisha Paytas is set to make her Broadway debut with a one-night-only variety show at the St. James Theatre in Midtown Manhattan on February 3.

‘I’m just about as gagged as could be,’ the 36-year-old content creator gushed to People on Tuesday.

‘This is going to be a production. We’re having ensembles, tricks and magic. It’s bigger than life.’

Trisha is already taking vocal lessons and admitted she’ll be ‘fine’ if ‍Trisha Paytas’ Big Broadway Dream winds up being her ‘Broadway debut and closing.’

‘I’m excited to try and see where I can go,’ Paytas stated.

Fans of the Cali-born, Illinois-raised influencer can expect ‘epic musical numbers, surprise special guests, and maybe even Broadway’s first live mukbang.’

Skylar Fox will direct ‍Trisha Paytas’ Big Broadway Dream and Sarah Meahl will choreograph the benefit show, which began as an April’s Fool joke by Theatrely.

Tickets are available starting this Friday at 10am ET with all proceeds going to the Entertainment Community Fund (formerly known as The Actors Fund), which provides a safety net for performing arts and entertainment professionals.

Broadway rumors began circulating in September after Trisha began posting videos of herself belting Broadway hit songs like Smash’s Don’t Forget Me while in costume.

Paytas even sang opposite herself in drag in order to more authentically recreate Little Shop of Horror’s Suddenly Seymour.

On Tuesday night, the Pink Christmas singer brought her three-date Trishmas Live! Tour to the Beacon Theatre in Manhattan’s Upper West Side, which she bragged ‘sold out in 25 minutes.’

Backstage, Trisha – a former escort/stripper – was visited by The Girls Next Door alum Holly Madison.

‘I feel like I should be entertaining people, because it’s when I’m the happiest,’ Paytas said.

‘I know it sounds, like, so delusional. What I have is passion. Maybe not talent, but I have a lot of passion. I’m not, like, Sutton Foster.’

The Just Trish podcaster is still riding high from playing herself in a sketch on the most recent episode of NBC’s Saturday Night Live alongside host Paul Mescal.

In July, Trisha played the ‘Monster Truck Diva’ in the music video for Katy Perry’s cringey feminist anthem Woman’s World.

Paytas previously had roles in the music videos for Amy Winehouse’s Tears Dry on Their Own in 2007 and Eminem’s We Made You in 2009.

This Wednesday, the FashionNova Curve brand ambassador and Israeli artist Moses Hacmon will celebrate their fourth wedding anniversary, and they’re proud parents of daughters Malibu Barbie, 2; and Elvis Paytas, 6 months.

‘Maybe one day [Malibu] will think what I’m doing is cool,’ Trisha said.

‘And if anything, I just want to show her — and everybody, like, anyone can do anything they want, whether you have talent connections or none at all. You can make it happen somehow.’

And it couldn’t have hurt that Paytas – who apologized for making anti-Semitic remarks back in 2021 – boasts 20.7M social media followers.
