An Amsterdam-bound flight veered off the runway at Oslo Torp Sandefjord Airport in Norway after an emergency landing, according to reports.
The incident occurred on December 28 after the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines flight experienced a hydraulic failure shortly after take off from Oslo Airport, said officials, adding that the crew responded to the situation and diverted the plane to Sandefjord Airport.
According to officials, the Boeing 737-800 jet managed a safe touchdown at the Sandefjord Airport but lost control during the rollout, skidding off to the open grass field, reported Aviation24.be.

Officials stated that the aircraft veered off runway 18 and came to a halt in soft grass adjacent to a taxiway. The flight had 182 individuals on board, comprising both passengers and crew members, and miraculously, there were no injuries reported.
Rescue teams quickly arrived at the scene, securing the area and assisting in the evacuation of passengers through mobile stairs. All 182 people on board, including passengers and crew, were unharmed, said officials.
Although KLM has not yet responded to the incident, airport operations faced a brief disruption. Authorities have launched an investigation to determine the cause of the incident and ensure safety measures are upheld for future flights.
