Christen Goff drops ‘game day archives’ to remind everyone that the Lions quarterback is going to be just fine

Trust me, Christen Goff would have much rather done a victory Monday post following the Detroit Lions game on Sunday Night Football. Unfortunately for her, the defense let her, her husband Jared and the rest of the team down.
Simply put, they couldn’t stop Bryce Young and the Carolina Panthers offense. So she regrouped like the veteran that she is and instead waited until Tuesday to share her “Game day archives.”

Victory Mondays are easy. Coming in hot on a Tuesday with a reminder that the season is long, it’s by no means over, and that whatever happens the Lions quarterback is going to be just fine requires focus and discipline.

Christen had no problem flushing the loss in primetime. She turned the page with an impressive attention to detail and focus. This is what it’s like to watch someone in their prime feel comfortable in the pocket.
Now there’s no excuse for Jared. So he went 32-of-52 for 412 yards and a touchdown against the Panthers. He has to show up and put up numbers this weekend in Arizona as the Lions take on a 1-3 Cardinals team.
He can’t overlook any opponent. He can’t take any drives off.
