Zomato Nugget AI: The Food-Tech platform Zomato has launched an in-house AI powered customer support platform for businesses known as ‘Nugget’. It will help them to scale support effortlessly without any requirement of coding and development team.

Zomato in the filing informed that Nugget is now powering 15M+ support interactions per month for Zomato, Blinkit & Hyperpure.

It requires zero code, can learn and adapt in real-time and resolve up to 80 per cent of queries autonomously.

Deepinder Goyal-led Zomato is offering Nugget for free for the remainder of the term if founders are stuck in a contract with a legacy provider.

As per the description available on the Nugget website, the AI platform can help businesses to have accurate image classification, automated quality audits, intelligent conversations, agent co-pilot, voice AI agents, fluid integrations, and many more.

Zomato Share Price

On Tuesday, Zomato’s shares fell 0.66 per cent during the morning intraday session. Around 10:30 AM, shares were trading at Rs 217.10 per share, against the day’s opening at Rs 219.90 apiece.

Zomato is a leader in the food-tech delivery domain with a market capitalization of Rs 2.09 lakh crore. The company is a constituent of BSE Sensex.

Zomato To Become ‘Eternal’

Earlier, the Board of Zomato approved the change in the name of the company from ‘Zomato Limited’ to ‘Eternal Limited’ on February 06, 2025. The company has yet to get the approval from the shareholders and the Ministry of Corporate Affairs.

“We would like to hereby inform that the board of directors of the Company vide resolution dated February 6, 2025, have approved the change in the name of the Company from ‘Zomato Limited’ to ‘Eternal Limited’, and the consequential amendment in the Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association to give effect to the same. Please note that this change is subject to the approval of the Shareholders of the Company, the Ministry of Corporate Affairs and other applicable statutory authorities, as required,” the company said in the filing.
