A shopper revealed a Girl Scout Cookie dupe that’s flying off the shelves at Dollar Tree.
Deana Romano explained what treat tastes similar to the fan-favorite Girl Scout Thin Mints cookies in a TikTok video.
The Dollar Tree dupe is a $1.25 box of Oven Baked Fudge Mint Cookies.
‘I was not expecting them to be as good as they are, but for $1.25, you know those Girl Scout cookies are getting a little pricey,’ Romano said.
Romano added that TikTokers would thank her later for putting the dupe in the freezer after purchasing them.
‘Omg they taste juuuuust like the Girl Scouts I was shocked,’ a fan commented.
Dollar Tree’s fudge mint cookies currently hold an average 4.6-star rating on discount variety store chain’s website.
Customers who aren’t able to purchase them in stores can also order them online.

Dollar Tree’s Oven Baked Fudge Mint Cookies are available to purchase online and in stores
Dollar Tree called the Fudge Mint Cookies ‘sweet, crunchy, and refreshing’ that can satisfy anyone’s sweet tooth.
The chain insisted they also make ‘perfect movie night snacks, care package additions, stocking stuffers, party spreads, and game day cookies.’
‘These cookies are just as good (perhaps better) than those sold by the Girl Scouts and they look nearly identical,’ a fan wrote.
‘Perfect dupe for Thin Mints from the Girl Scouts! I’m happy to have stumbled upon these in my local store,’ a shopper added.
Girl Scouts Thin Mints are described as ‘crisp, chocolate cookies dipped in a delicious mint chocolatey coating.’
Thin Mints are one of the non-profit organization’s most popular flavors, and are available to purchase for $6 per box, according to USA TODAY.
The popular treats are also available to purchase at Walmart, Amazon, and eBay, but usually cost more than $10 per box.
This year’s cookie season will end in April, and customers can have the $6 cookies shipped to any address starting February 21.

Dollar tree confirmed in a third quarter earnings report that it expected to have made between $30.7 and $30.9 billion in 2024 revenue.
‘Our Dollar Tree and Family Dollar merchandising efforts produced tangible results, and our third quarter sales came in at the high-end of our expected range,’ Dollar Tree Chief Executive Officer Mike Creedon said in a press release.
‘As an organization, our top priorities remain accelerating the growth of the Dollar Tree segment, completing the Family Dollar strategic review process, and unlocking value for Dollar Tree shareholders.’
The Girl Scout Cookie season is a ‘critical source of funding’ for the organization, which usually brings in more than $800 million a year.
Despite the $1 price hike due to inflation, it did not stop troopers from continuing to sell over 200 million boxes.
All the proceeds help fund Girl Scout activities and community projects throughout the US.
