Josh Allen has been phenomenal this season, and a big reason the Bills are coming into this game with a 3-1 record. For the season, he has completed 66.4% of his passes and has a 71.8 QBR. He only has six touchdowns this season and has three interceptions for the year. He has just one touchdown pass and three interceptions in the past two games.
The bigger story about him this season has been his legs. Allen has been elite when running the ball. He is only averaging 3.6 yards per carry, but that is still better than some starting running backs. What he is excelling at is that he has seven touchdowns on the ground.
On the other side is Matthew Stafford, who hasn’t quite looked great this season. He has been racking up yards, piling up 1,189 passing yards, but he only has six touchdowns and six interceptions. His completion percentage is only 61.1%, and his QBR is 62.1. This makes him look pretty average for the year.
Unlike Allen, Stafford is not a threat to run, so he needs to do his work from in the pocket. If he finds his receivers, he is lethal, and now that Puka Nacua is back, his team should be more versatile. With Davante Adams and Nacua, they have one of the best combinations of receivers in the league.
