Tejasswi revealed that her parents wanted her to live with Karan, especially after her last breakup.

Television stars Tejasswi Prakash and Karan Kundrra have become one of Tinseltown’s most adored couples. Their love story began on the sets of Bigg Boss 15, where Tejasswi eventually emerged as the winner. Since then, the duo has been inseparable. Amid ongoing rumours about their wedding this year, the Naagin 6 actress recently opened up about her relationship, offering a rare glimpse into her live-in journey with Karan.
In a conversation with Humans Of Bombay, Tejasswi revealed that her parents wanted her to live with Karan, especially after her last breakup, as they thought she was very fickle-minded. “My family was very sure that Karan and I live together, and so were his parents,” she said.
The 31-year-old actress further went on to explain their live-in situation, highlighting that she isn’t an outsider but is a Mumbaiker and has a house in the city. She continued, “First of all, it’s not a complete live-in situation because I’m not from a different state and live on rent. I’m a Mumbaikar, and I anyway have a house in Mumbai so whenever I have a shoot closer to my house, I live there. Whenever I have some work, I stay at my place.”
Tejasswi added that whenever she wanted to “chill”, she would go to Karan’s house to spend some quality time with him. “So, his house is in Bandra, and mine is in Goregaon. If my work is in Filmcity, I stay at my place. If it’s closer to Bandra, I will stay at his house,” she explained
Further, in the conversation, the Sanskaar actress shared that the most beautiful aspect of their relationship has been that both their parents have been really open and supportive of them. They have even been open to Tejasswi and Karan taking their sweet time to understand one another. The best part, she mentioned, has been that “we both lived in each other’s houses with our parents. Karan lives in my house with my parents and I live at his house with his parents there. The best thing is that the family is very welcoming of the fact that we are trying to get to know each other.”
Sharing her thoughts on live-in relationships before marriage, Tejasswi said, “I personally feel it is extremely important to live with the person before you get married because after living with the person you love, it gives you more clarity than just going on dates and drives.”
As for their professional front, Tejasswi is currently seen as one of the finalists in Celebrity MasterChef, whereas her beau Karan is part of Laughter Chefs.
