Ashok Leyland Bonus Issue 2025 Date: Ashok Leyland Ltd’s board will consider the proposal for the issue of ‘Bonus Shares’ at its upcoming meeting on Friday, May 23, 2025. The company will also consider the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.
“we wish to inform you that, at the meeting dated 23rd May 2025, the Board of Directors may consider the proposal for issue of Bonus shares, subject to requisite approvals as required,” Ashok Leyland intimated in the filing dated May 19.
On Tuesday, shares of Ashok Leyland Ltd were trading in green with a gain of 0.70 per cent at Rs 243.10 apiece at the time of writing this report. The scrip opened at Rs 245.00 apiece, against the previous day’s close at Rs 241.40 apiece.
Part of the Hinduja Group, Ashok Leyland Ltd is the 2nd largest manufacturer of commercial vehicles in India.

The last time Ashok Leyland Ltd issued the bonus issue was in 2011. The company had announced the bonus issue share in the ratio of 1:1, meaning one additional equity share on every existing equity held by the shareholder.
It means this will be the second time when Ashok Leyland Ltd will declare a bonus issue in its history.
Ashok Leyland 2nd Interim Dividend 2025 Record Date
Ashok Leyland declared an interim dividend of Rs 4.25 per share for FY2024-25, with the ex-date and record date on May 22.
Earlier, it announced two interim dividends of Rs 4.95 and Rs 2 per equity share, respectively.
