SPRE Targets Rs 800 Cr From 5-Acre VANAHA Verdant Project In Pune | Real Estate News

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate aims for over Rs 800 crore revenue with the VANAHA Verdant project in Pune.

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) is eyeing over Rs 800 crore revenue with a project the VANAHA Verdant in Pune. Under the project, the real estate firm will develop a five-acre premium residential housing project as part of SPRE 1000-acre integrated township, VANAHA, near Bavdhan locality of Pune.

It will comprise 600 apartments and offer around 10 lakh square feet of saleable area.

The company, however, didn’t disclose the cost of the project.

Sriram Mahadevan, SPRE’s CEO and Managing Director of Joyville Shapoorji Housing, stated that the VANAHA Verdant project embodies what modern homebuyers value most: balance, accessibility, and long-term investment. He also mentioned that the project is close to nature, incorporates integrated commercial spaces, and follows a low-density layout.

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate (SPRE) leads projects across Mumbai, Pune, Bengaluru, Gurugram, Kolkata, delivering a mix of luxury, affordable, and commercial developments. It is part of the Shapoorji Pallonji Group. To date, they’ve developed about 13 million sq ft of residential and 6 million sq ft of commercial space.

Shapoorji Pallonji Real Estate continues to shape India’s urban landscape with a blend of luxury and affordability. Among its ongoing residential projects are SP Residency in Pune, offering premium living experiences, and Parkwest in Bengaluru, a centrally located upscale development that earned the Innovative Marketing Concept award at the Realty+ Conclave Excellence Awards 2022. The company also addresses the growing demand for affordable housing through its dedicated brand Joyville, launched in 2016.

Among the top 7 metropolitan cities in Q2 2025, MMR  maintained its market leadership with 28,200 new residential launches, representing approximately 29% of the total launches across the top 7 cities, as per Anarock report.

Another Anarock report added that Mumbai continued to dominate land activity in H1 2025, with the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) witnessing the highest number of land deals among Tier 1 cities. A total of 24 deals for over 433 acres were recorded, underscoring the region’s growing importance in India’s real estate landscape despite land scarcity and high costs.
