As Shilpa Shinde was ousted from the show last week, fans flooded the social media with posts expressing disappointment.
Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 continues to keep fans on edge with its thrilling stunts and dynamic contestants. Last week, Shilpa Shinde was eliminated after struggling with a task, prompting a wave of fan disappointment on social media. There are rumours that Shilpa might make a return as a wild card contestant. She has now addressed these speculations, shedding light on her potential comeback to the show.
Speaking to LatestLY, Shilpa Shinde responded to the question about her re-entry to the stunt-based show. Shilpa said, “I don’t know. Let there be some suspense on that (laughs). I cannot say anything about that.” In the same conversation, she also shared her views on the equation with her co-contestants on the show. “Yeh log bacche hai, bacchon jaisi harkatein karte hain [They behave like children]. I am not angry with anyone. They have seen very little of life so far to be riled up on such matters. It is not that I did not do stunts. I have also performed and participated like others. To say I am just giving entertainment is unfair,” added Shilpa.
Adding further, Shilpa Shinde also took a sly dig at the contestants picking up fights during Khatron Ke Khiladi 14. She added, “I am yet to understand why Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 contestants want to make this a Bigg Boss. You can do stunts and have fun. There is no need to fight to grab eyeballs. It is so unnecessary. I can handle jokes, but if I give it back then people should be able to take them.”
Besides Shilpa Shinde, the stunt-based show also features Shalin Bhanot, Abhishek Kumar, Krishna Shroff, Gashmeer Mahajani, Nimrit Kaur Ahluwalia, Niyati Fatnani, Karan Veer Mehra, Aditi Sharma, Aashish Mehrotra and Sumona Chakravarti as the contestants this year.
In the premiere week of the show, Asim Riaz was shown the exit door for misbehaving with the host Rohit Shetty. Even people from the television industry slammed the singer for his rude behaviour with his co-contestants in the show. Meanwhile, Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 premiered on Colors TV on July 27.
