Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and deputy CMs Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar will meet protesting MLAs today

Around seven Tribal MLAs, including NCP leader Ajit Pawar faction MLA and deputy speaker Narhari Jhirwal, jumped from the third floor of Manatralaya and landed on protective net installed inside the building in Mumbai.

Zirwal and the others were protesting against the inclusion of the Dhangar community in the quota for tribals. They were removed from the net by the police. None of the protesters were seriously injured in the incident, the official said.

Chief Minister Eknath Shinde and deputy CMs Devendra Fadnavis and Ajit Pawar will meet these MLAs today.
