School principal seen on video with beer bong and serving teenage students alcohol

A high school principal in Kentucky is facing charges after video emerged of him drinking from a beer bong with two students. 

Scott High School principal Anthony Procaccino, 50, has been charged with two counts of aiding or assisting in serving minors alcohol. 

Procaccino and the students – identified to be 16 and 17 years old – were filmed drinking in his home on New Years Eve 2023.

At the time, Procaccino was the principal at Whites Tower Elementary where he worked for ten years before moving to Scott High School in July of this year. 

The footage shows Procaccino drinking from the beer bong with the students as well as holding the beer bong up for the both of them to drink from. 

A report to police with the video was made earlier this month by the mother of one of the teenagers. 

According to the police report, the mother was also concerned about the ‘revealing clothing’ that the girls were wearing in the video.

A spokesperson for Kenton County School District, Jessica Dykes, released a statement on October 21 stating: ‘The Kenton County School District is aware of the investigation, and we are cooperating with police.’ 

Dykes added: ‘This is a personnel matter, and Cody Wolf, an assistant principal at Scott High School, has been named the interim principal at this time.’ 

Kenton County Commonwealth Attorney Rob Sanders told LINK nky that to his knowledge ‘the allegations do not involve anything sexual’. 

The two charges, according to the Kenton Police Department, are ‘criminal violations punishable by fines of up to $250 on each count’.
