At Monday night’s Pride Of Britain Awards, Olivia Attwood was the epitome of elegance in a chic red gown, as she rubbed shoulders with TV’s biggest names.
The look, and her career progression, are worlds away from the Love Island star’s wild start in the industry.
The reality star, 33, has undergone a dramatic change throughout the years, swapping surgical enhancements for reductions, and the Love Island villa for hard-hitting documentaries on subjects as diverse as the online sex industry and cosmetic surgery.
And Olivia’s metamorphosis extends to her personal life, as she’s found love with footballer husband Bradley Deck a few short years after her troubled Love Island romance with Chris Hughes.

‘Black kohl eyeliners had me in a chokehold for most of my teens,’ she captioned the pictures.
‘This one’s for the ‘yoU dIdn’t NEed filLers’ trolls – I have seen more definition on a paper cut. Please take several seats. The eyebrows.. what eyebrows? The end.’

The Love Island villa
Olivia found fame when she first entered the villa in 2017 for Love Island’s third series.
She shot to fame for both her dramatic relationship and her Barbie girl looks, showing off her surgically-enhanced assets in skimpy bikinis as she delivered some of the show’s most iconic lines.
During her stint on the show she found love with Chris Hughes and the couple made it to the final, finishing in third place.
But years after her epic stint, Olivia opened up about her ‘consuming’ romance with Chris, 31.

After leaving the villa in 2017, Olivia ended her relationship and got back together with her footballer ex-now-husband, Bradley, who she split up with just before entering the show.
In an exclusive chat with MailOnline in 2021, the star said candidly said: ‘Me and Brad were just lying in bed the other day and we thought how mad our journey has been. Obviously we had the breakup and everything was up in the air.
‘I thought when I was in Love Island that was it. I was so done with him but then I ended up in another relationship that ended up being so toxic and all-consuming.’
‘And sometimes that’s what happens and it pushes you back to your ex. After that we needed a good year to find our footing as a couple again. I still wasn’t sure.
‘It was toxic with Chris and we argued a lot. I never had that problem with Brad, we never argued.’

Cosmetic surgery fan
The reality darling has never shied away from admitting she has gone under the knife several times and has had fillers ‘for years’.
She has had two boob jobs, surgery on her lips and under eyes as well as multiple injectables.
In 2019 – the same year she became a regular on The Only Way Is Essex – she spent £2.5k chin liposuction and contouring procedure.
At the time she displayed the results on @skindoctorclinics Instagram page.

The star was thrilled with the work she had done as she wrote in the comments section: ‘The bestttttttt and a heart shaped emoji.’
Dr Saleena Zimri, who conducted the procedure at the Leeds branch of Skin Doctor Clinics, wrote alongside the before and after snaps: ‘I mean wow.’
Turning to the natural look
Olivia’s love story with cosmetic surgery hasn’t endured as she began slowly tweaking her appearance in 2019.
Olivia started by removing her top lip filler and said she had taken her surgery tweakments ‘too far’ – and in the same year she also reduced her boobs.
The beauty revealed that after visiting a cosmetic surgeon, she was ‘convinced’ by the doctor to have some of her filler dissolved, and said on Instagram: ‘I think she’s [the doctor] so right, I’ve been having lip fillers for years, probably five or six years.
‘That lip has started to come out of the lip line and started to look really puffy – something I never wanted, so I’m actually excited to start again fresh. It looks better than it did because it was over-filled.’
Since her reductions, the host often spoke out about undergoing cosmetic surgeries and treatment at a young age, calling it a ‘dangerous road to nowhere’.
Speaking about her decision to get her breasts enlarged aged just 20, she told The Times: ‘I was fixated and it was cheap and quick.
‘These bloody boobs were so heavy. I was happy for a year, then I realised they didn’t look right for my frame.

‘The weight of the implants started to stretch my skin and they got lower and lower. I started to think, ‘This isn’t what I signed up for at all’.’
Speaking exclusively to MailOnline in 2020, Olivia urged women considering cosmetic surgery to ‘make sure you’re doing it for yourself, not because that’s what’s trendy’.
Using herself as an example, the blonde beauty said: ‘When I had the big boobs – the first boob job – that was the fashion. Everyone wanted those sort of like Katie Price, Jodie Marsh boobs – and then the fashion changed, and I felt uncomfortable.’
Olivia went on: ‘It’s the same with the lips, when lip fillers burst onto the scenes a couple of years ago, everyone wanted them as big as possible, and now the natural look is definitely making a comeback.’
She wisely concluded: ‘I think what I’ve learned – and a lot of people have learned – is that with our bodies, we’ve got to be so careful not to follow fashion.’
Back in June 2019, Olivia revealed she was proud of her ‘banging’ new breasts after undergoing a breast reduction surgery.

Speaking to heat after the procedure, she said: ‘I had a downsize – old ones out, new ones in, because I’d had those implants since I was 19.
‘They were really heavy and too big for my body, so I was starting to get some really bad aching.
‘I can’t wait to be able to wear more clothes now without my boobs falling out, putting people off their dinner.’
Olivia’s stints on TV shows
In 2022, the TV favourite entered the jungle although her stint on ITV show I’m A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here was very short-lived when she withdrew one day later on medical grounds.
At the time, the reality favourite said was ‘gutted’ and ‘heartbroken’ at not being allowed to re-enter camp due to ‘safety reasons’ after she was rushed to A&E.
Breaking her silence at the time, Olivia told the Mail On Sunday exclusively: ‘I was so scared, I was like: ‘What the hell is wrong with me?
‘They couldn’t give me an answer, they just told me that they had to get me to the hospital immediately.

‘The results were really, really low when they put them into their reader and they consulted with another doctor off-site.
‘I had those bloods done in England before I left, and they were fine. I was confused and of course very, very worried.’
She added: ‘If I went back into camp, they feared my levels might drop and it could be detrimental to my health and wellbeing.’
Before her time in the jungle, Olivia appeared on several reality shows including Celebs Go Dating in 2018.
At the time it emerged the star reportedly lied about being single in order to appear on the show – but she denied the claims.
One year later she became a regular fixture on The Only Way Is Essex for its twenty-fourth series, and left at the end of series 26 in 2020.
That same year she began starring in her own reality series on titled Olivia Meets Her Match, which followed the events leading up to her wedding with footballer.
In 2021, the bombshell also appeared on ITV2 series Celebrity Karaoke Club and in 2023 became a Loose Women’s panelist.
The Price Of Perfection
Away from her I’m A Celeb disappointment, Olivia has found huge success fronting her own ITV shows including The Price Of Perfection.
In the documentary series, Olivia spoke candidly about her own surgery experience, examining the impact our need for tweakments is having on our bodies – and our minds.
She also looked into how science and social media are redefining beauty as people chase the perfect selfie.
During the series the blonde beauty had the opportunity to be the other side of the syringe as she administrates treatments to patients.
