Lori Loughlin filed for divorce from estranged husband Mossimo Giannulli, according to documents obtained by Fox News Digital.

The “Full House” actress petitioned for a dissolution of marriage in paperwork filed before the Labor Day weekend.

Loughlin, 62, listed their date of separation as August 31, 2025. She cited “irreconcilable differences” as the legal grounds for divorce.

Additionally, Loughlin requested to “reserve for future determination” for spousal support. The couple married nearly 29 years ago on Nov. 27, 1997.

The “When Calls the Heart” star confirmed separate property in assets and debts per an established prenuptial agreement signed October 1997, and requested a judge determine the rights to community property pursuant to the prenup.

They share two adults daughters, Olivia Jade and Bella Rose.

Representatives for Loughlin and Giannulli did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.

Their separation came five years after the couple were entangled in the Operation Varsity Blues scandal, pleading guilty to wire and mail fraud related to paying hundreds of thousands in bribes to get their daughters into the University of Southern California.

Loughlin served nearly three months in prison and Giannulli served five months behind bars. They were released in December 2020 and April 2021.

In a candid interview on the “Good Guys” podcast in October 2025, John Stamos defended Loughlin, calling Mossimo “a terrible narcissist,” and her “a saint.” He later added that he knows she didn’t have much to do with the scandal, saying Mossimo “dragged her through that.”

Hollywood stars Felicity Huffman and Lori Loughlin were among 13 parents scheduled to appear in federal court in Boston Wednesday for the first time since they were charged last month in a massive college admissions cheating scandal. They were among 50 people - including coaches, powerful financiers, and entrepreneurs - charged in a brazen plot in which wealthy parents allegedly schemed to bribe sports coaches at top colleges to admit their children. Many of the parents allegedly paid to have someone else take the SAT or ACT exams for their children or correct their answers, guaranteeing them high scores. “She goes to f—ing prison for this a–hole for three months, right? And he goes for whatever,” Stamos said. “And in typical Lori fashion, I said, ‘How was it?’ She goes, ‘You know, I met a lot of nice ladies in there. We have a book club.'”

He continued, “She didn’t deserve to be dragged through that … I know for a fact it was all him.”
