After a mind-blowing trailer launch of her upcoming series, Citadel: Honey Bunny. Samantha Prabhu posted a series of images on the occasion of Diwali. Posing against the picturesque backdrop of Six Senses Fort Barwara, in Rajasthan, Samantha looked festive ready in a quintessential ensemble designed by sustainable fashion label Eka by Rina Singh.

Crafted in handwoven linen zari tissue, the midi length waist gathered Aralyn dress from Eka features an exquisite chevron hand applique on the front neckline and cuff edges. The metallic gota finish the piece throughout in seams, sleeves and hem. The midi length dress features a semi fitted flare and comes along with a separate cotton silk lining with organza trim.

“Absolutely love wearing your gorgeous clothes, my friend,” expressed Samantha’s love for Rina Singh and her designs on her Instagram story.

Samantha’s festive dress was paired with white pants. The perfectly blow-dried hair and minimal sun-kissed makeup added festive cheer to Samantha’s Diwali stylish yet minimal look.

Samantha exuded grace and elegance in the ensemble as she explored the stunning ambience of the place. Samantha took to Instagram to share a heartfelt Diwali message. She expressed, “Being in a place that lifts you up mentally, enriches you personally, and surrounds you with love and respect can feel like a celebration every day. On this Deepavali, I want to express gratitude for all that I have and wish everyone a year filled with brightness, love and joy.”

This isn’t the first time Samantha has adorned a design from Eka. In the past, Samantha has turned muse for the sustainable label in 2021. She adorned an ensemble from Eka’s AW 2021 collection, which was part of Rina Singh’s digital showcase at Lakme Fashion Week x FDCI.

Playing a spy in the upcoming series, alongside co-star Varun Dhawan, Samantha’s style quotient has always been an extension of her charming personality. While her Diwali festive look is very demure and very mindful, Samantha is also known for embracing Indian craftsmanship with the right amount of glitz and glamour. During the promotions of Citadel: Honey Bunny, Samantha has been rocking an array of western silhouettes designed by Kresha Bajaj.
