A self-described Portland tattoo artist is drawing attention online after advertising a “Kirkiversary Special” offering discounted neck tattoos on the anniversary of conservative activist Charlie Kirk’s assassination.

The promotion, advertised for Sept. 10, offers “$50 neck tattoos” placed in what the artist calls “the exact placement of the kirkhole,” according to an image of the advertisement circulated widely on social media.

Kirk, the 31-year-old founder of Turning Point USA, was shot in the neck and killed on Sept. 10, 2025, while speaking at Utah Valley University during his “American Comeback Tour.”

“Alright yall here it is,” the account “blacksctratcher” posted on Instagram Saturday. “One year After Kirk CELEBRATION. customs flash whatever. as long as its this placement!!!.” It included various examples of neck tattoos that could be chosen.

The bio on the “blacksctratcher” reads, “PORTLAND DM TO BOOK” as well as “BBP certified,” likely referring to bloodborne pathogens (BBP) certification on how to safely handle blood and body fluids.

Libs of TikTok amplified the promotion Sunday, accusing the artist of using the anniversary to “celebrate his assassination,” with the post racking up hundreds of thousands of views.

Many people commented on the Instagram post before the account was set to private, with one person writing, “You’re demonic. Yes, we all know about your mental illness.”

Fox News Digital reached out to the artist, who asked if she would be “compensated” after being asked about her posts and didn’t respond to a follow-up question. Turning Point USA didn’t immediately reply to a request for comment.
