Three people were stabbed Wednesday at a community college north of New York City, and two people were in police custody, authorities said.
The three victims were stabbed around 12:40 p.m. on the SUNY Westchester Community College campus in Valhalla. They were taken to local hospitals.

Two suspects were taken into custody, the Westchester County Police Department said. A knife was also recovered, Fox 5 New York reported.

No other suspects were being sought, and there was no threat to the community, police said. It was not immediately clear if the victims and suspects were students at the college.
The “full circumstances” of the incident are still under investigation, authorities said.
