  3. Acai bowls or smoothie bowls: She also criticised smoothie bowls and acai bowls, saying they are rich with calories yet don’t provide the proper nutrients.
  4. Sugary cereals: The worst way to start the day, in her opinion, is with this. Even though it might initially increase your energy levels, it will shortly cause them to plummet.
