AAJ KA PANCHANG, SEPTEMBER 3, 2024: According to Drik Panchang, both the Amavasya Tithi and Pratipada Tithi of Krishna and Shukla Paksha will occur on Tuesday, September 3. These tithis, Krishna Amavasya and Shukla Pratipada, are deemed inauspicious for beginning significant activities, as they fall under ashubh Muhurta timings. On this day, only one festival, Ishti, will be observed.
Ganesh Chaturthi will be celebrated this year from September 7 to September 17. This festival marks the birth of Lord Ganesh, who is believed to have been born during the Shukla Paksha of the Bhadrapada month. The Madhyahna Ganesha Puja Muhurat is set to take place from 11:03 AM to 1:34 PM on the day of the celebration.
Before beginning any ceremony at home, checking the tithis and timings for both auspicious and inauspicious periods is important to ensure everything goes smoothly.
