Anurag Kashyap’s daughter, Aaliyah, kicked off her wedding festivities recently. She is all set to marry her longtime partner, Shane Gregoire, in Mumbai. She started the festivities with a gorgeous haldi ceremony that was all about love, laughter, and smiles. Ahead of her big day, the couple and the family hosted a dazzling cocktail night that was attended by some of the biggest names in the industry.
For the cocktail night, Aaliyah Kashyap invited her best friends. The guest list included her BFF Khushi Kapoor who attended the party with her rumoured boyfriend, Vedang Raina. Along with Khushi, celebrities such as Alaya F, Orry, and Ibrahim Ali Khan also attended the event. Aaliyah’s father, Anurag Kashyap, was also seen posing for pictures.

Aaliyah dazzled in red for her cocktail party. She opted for a red lehenga set by Arpita Mehta for the event. The set came with a sleeveless blouse, a lehenga skirt, and a net dupatta which was adorned with intricate floral embroidery, sequin embellishments, and beadwork. The blouse came with strap sleeves, a stunning plunging neckline, a fitted bodice, and a cropped hem. The skirt balanced out the look as it had an A-line flare and a gorgeous ghera.
She draped the dupatta on her shoulder like a pallu. For the accessories, she went all bling and opted for a diamond necklace, matching earrings, rings, and a red embellished potli bag. She went with smokey eyes, winged eyeliner, blushed cheeks, mascara-coated eyelashes, and mauve lips for her makeup. She left her hair loose and used bobby pins to secure it on the sides.
While Aaliyah set a statement in red, Shane opted for a classic black sherwani and a jacket that was adorned with sequin work, mirror embellishments, and intricate dori embroidery. He paired it with a matching bandhgala kurta and straight-fit pants.
Khushi Kapoor set a dazzling statement in a gold-embellished Tarun Tahiliani lehenga set for Aaliyah’s cocktail night. The lehenga set included a stylish golden blouse, skirt, and a net dupatta. The choli with its full-length sleeves, a plunging neckline, cropped hem, fitted bust, and a backless design was the perfect pick for the bridesmaid. With a mermaid silhouette, the lehenga left Khushi looking like a princess.
Vedang complemented Khushi in a matching gold and beige-tone outfit. He opted for a heavily embellished sherwani and a bandhgala jacket with front button closures. The full-length sleeves, shoulder pads, and tailored fit exuded powerful vibes. He paired it with beige tapered-fit pants, brown mojris, and a watch.
Ibrahim stayed away from the golds and went with an embellished red sherwani jacket. He paired it with black pants, a matching shirt, brown suede boots, a clean-shaved look, and a messy hairdo.
Alaya, on the other hand, looked impeccable as she went with a golden satin saree adorned with mirrorwork on the borders. She styled the saree with a chic mirror work-adorned bralette, an embellished mini clutch, a choker necklace, earrings, rings, and stilettos.
Aaliyah and Shane will reportedly get married on December 11.
