Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone’s total income rises to Rs 8,769.63 crore in Q4FY25 from Rs 7,199.94 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone (APSEZ) on Thursday reported a 50 per cent jump in its consolidated net profit to Rs 3,023.10 crore for the fourth quarter ended March 31, 2025. Its total income rose to Rs 8,769.63 crore from Rs 7,199.94 crore in the year-ago quarter.

Its net profit had stood at Rs 2,014.77 crore in the corresponding quarter last year, according to a regulatory filing.

APSEZ’s expenses increased 20.9 per cent to Rs 5,382.13 crore in Q4FY25, compared with Rs 4,450.52 crore a year ago.

For the full financial year 2024-25, its net profit rose to Rs 11,061.26 crore from Rs 8,103.99 crore in FY24.

Adani Ports and Special Economic Zone has also declared a dividend of Rs 7 for shareholders.

In the BSE filing, it said, “The board has recommended a dividend Rs 7 (@ 350 per cent) per equity share of Rs 2 each fully paid-up for the financial year 2024-25.”

Shares of the company settled flat at Rs 1,215.8 per share on the NSE on Wednesday.
