  • Alabama’s Playoff chances look bleak after they lost to Oklahoma

An Alabama superfan has gone viral for his furious rant after the team’s third loss of the season last weekend.

The Crimson Tide, who are in their first year with new coach Kalen DeBoer, lost 24-3 to unranked Oklahoma – with their College Football Playoff prospects taking a massive hit.

And regular’Paul Finebaum Show’ caller ‘Legend’ unleashed on his beloved team following the loss, branding the team’s performance ‘disgusting’ and making a crude analogy about DeBoer and former coach Nick Saban.

‘Man, I’ve never been so embarrassed in all my life,’ Legend told Finebaum in a clip which has now been viewed 1.3million times. ‘Three friggen’ losses! Are you friggen’ kidding me? Are you friggen’ kidding me? This is disgusting, man!

‘What I seen Saturday night, that was pathetic! It was disgusting, man! You know, Paul, going from Coach Saban to coach DeBoer, it’s like going to bed married to Beyonce and waking up with Whoopi Goldberg laying next to you, brother. How do we accept it?’

DeBoer succeeded the legendary Saban in January after the seven-time national champion (six at Alabama) decided to retire.

The 50-year-old DeBoer arrived from Washington, where he posted a 25-3 record and reached last year’s national championship.

‘What hurts my heart is, it’s clear this guy is overwhelmed,’ he said about DeBoer. ‘And you done took the greatest program in the world and you can’t handle this job! … He is out of his league, he has no idea what he was stepping into.

‘On behalf of me and 70 percent of the Alabama fanbase, we want a divorce.’

Perhaps surprisingly, Alabama remain alive to make the CFP, as the latest rankings revealed on Tuesday put them at No. 13 (the top 12 qualify).

Still, Legend was resigned to the Tide missing the Playoff and said he didn’t care about beating the team’s hated rivals Auburn this weekend.

‘I don’t even care who I p*** off!,’ he said.. ‘I don’t care which one of you little Alabama fans get your feelings hurt because Legend keeps it 100! But damn the Iron Bowl!

‘We’re about national championships at Alabama. I don’t give a damn about beating some weak-a** Auburn team! It’s about playoffs and championships! It’s just pathetic!’

According to ESPN’s College Football Power Index as of Tuesday, Alabama has just an 8.2 percent chance to make the Playoff.

They’ll need to beat Auburn and get plenty of help elsewhere for that to come to fruition.
