Sabyasachi Mukherjee recently celebrated 25 years of his revered fashion label – House of Sabyasachi. To mark this milestone, the ace fashion designer threw a lavish gala in Mumbai. The gala was followed with a fashion show which left everyone with their jaws on the floor. This event was one of the most anticipated events in the industry and celebrities turned up in their finest fits to the gala.
Among the celebrities who attended Sabyasachi’s 25th anniversary celebration was Ananya Birla. The singer and entrepreneur took to her social media to share images from the fashion gala. She wrote, “A night to remember caught in motion! Art, inspiration, celebration, movement, special moments, special people… All photos at the event very sweetly captured by my bestie.”

The Sabyasachi event was an invite-only gala and Ananya’s post gives an inside glimpse of fashion’s coveted event. The pictures showed how the biggest names in fashion gathered under one roof to celebrate Sabyasachi. She shared pictures from the ramp which looked straight out of old Kolkata. She posed with Ananya Panday, Sonam Kapoor, Masoom Minawala, Anupama Chopra, and Anaita Shroff Adajania. She even shared a picture where she was hugging the designer. A video showed the designer dressed in a sweater and jeans as he walked the ramp with Deepika Padukone and Christy Turlington.
For the anniversary celebration, Ananya donned a black shift dress by Sabyasachi. The dress was in line with the dress code – Strictly Black. The shift dress was adorned all over with embroidered floral designs. It came with a modest round neck and 3/4th sleeves. She paired the dress with a pair of sleek leather stockings. She finished her look with a pair of heeled boots. For the accessories, she wore a watch and a stack of gold bracelets. She carried a matching Sabyasachi floral bag and looked divine.
