Arti Singh and her husband Dipak Chauhan took a big step to mark their first wedding anniversary on April 25. The couple, in the Triyuginarayan temple in Uttarakhand, renewed their wedding vows, proving their love is nothing short of a fairytale. Arti also treated fans to a glimpse of their heartwarming celebrations through a video on Instagram. The video captured the ethereal moment as the couple performed wedding rituals, taking pheras and exchanging varamalas, melting hearts with love clearly visible in their eyes.
In her caption of the post, Arti Singh also reflected on the reason behind choosing the Triyuginarayan temple to get remarried. Highlighting how the eternal fire is still burning at the religious site where Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati got married, the actress opened up on her husband Dipak’s dream to exchange vows at the temple. A doting wife, Arti fulfilled his wishes and the duo flew to Uttarakhand to celebrate their wedding anniversary.
Sharing the endearing clip, Arti wrote, “Triyuginarayan temple.. Uttarakhand Jahan Shiv ji aur Parvati maa ki shadi hui thi. And till today, that eternal fire is burning. It was Dipak’s dream to get married there and take lord shiva and Parvati Maa’s blessing.. So on our first anniversary, we remarried, renewed our vows wearing the same clothes which we wore on our first pheras.”
Further, she added, “It was divine. May Mata Parvati and lord shiva bless us and protect us from every evil eye. First anniversary is always remembered and we will never forget this feeling.”
Soon after being shared, Arti Singh’s post prompted reactions from fans and celebrities, Aparna Dixit, a popular television actress wrote, “This is so divine. Har har Mahadev!!” Bigg Boss fame Tina Datta also dropped “heart emoticons.”
Arti Singh and Dipak Chauhan entered marital bliss together at a grand wedding ceremony in Mumbai last year. The wedding took place at the ISKCON Temple with several renowned faces including Kapil Sharma, Archana Puran Singh, Sunil Grover and Rajiv Thakur in attendance. Arti’s Bigg Boss 13 co-contestants like Shefali Jariwala, Vishal Aditya Singh and Hindustani Bhau were also a part of the ceremony. However, the highlight remains Arti’s brother, Krushna Abhishek and uncle Govinda’s reunion after 7 years of family feud, marking a new beginning for the two.
