They were only holiday together just days ago in Hollywood, Los Angeles, where the proposal appears to have taken place.
Henry is no stranger to headlines, after pleading guilty to punching and threatening a man during a drug-fuelled New Year’s Eve rampage back in 2019.
Brayshaw faced the Frankston Magistrates Court on charges of unlawful assault, recklessly causing injury, criminal damage and drug possession in relation to the January 1 incident, The Herald Sun reported.
He had gate-crashed celebrations at real estate director Jeremy Fox’s multi-million dollar mansion in Portsea, south of Melbourne, before harassing female guests.
When Mr Fox attempted to escort the young man from his home, Brayshaw punched him at the door, he also threatened to glass Mr Fox with a bottle.
It was revealed Brayshaw was high on magic mushrooms at the time of the incident and had been battling a cocaine habit for months beforehand.
Soon after the altercation Brayshaw admitted himself to a rehabilitation program for five weeks and underwent another four weeks of treatment as an outpatient.
His defence lawyer, Chris Triscott, said his client had a clean record before the incident and had lead a normal life with good academic results.

Mr Triscott said Brayshaw had also deferred his teaching studies in order to focus completely on his drug rehabilitation.
Magistrate Tim Gattuso took Brayshaw’s history into consideration and chose to impose a 12-month good behaviour bond and a $750 fine.
Henry is the son of James Brayshaw, a retired Australian cricketer, 57, who now works on television and radio.
He used to host The Footy Show on Channel Nine before switching to Channel Seven where he worked as one of the station’s main cricket presenters.
His nephews Angus, Andrew and Hamish Brayshaw are all AFL players at Melbourne, Fremantle and West Coast respectively.
Earlier this year, Annie revealed that she is looking for love – after revealing plans to sleep with 1,000 men in 2025.
In February, Annie told her TikTok followers she’s on the hunt for a boyfriend.
She added that any prospective partners must be ‘super secure’ so she can continue filming her sex challenges with other men.

‘I want a boyfriend, I’m ready to find love, there I said it,’ Annie, who lives in Melbourne, said.
‘The girl who’s getting railed by a thousand people in a year wants to find someone to settle down with,’ she continued.
‘I just want to find someone who’s going to support my career. I still want to do my challenges so obviously they need to be super secure and non-judgemental.’
Annie, who claimed she slept with 600 men in 2024, said she is ‘ready to get back in the game’ after a two-year hiatus while acknowledging that her OnlyFans career and sex-related challenges make dating difficult.
She mused that several potential suitors may be apprehensive about pursuing a relationship considering her line of work and ‘the way I go about it’.
Annie also revealed that, while she had created a Hinge account to look for dates, she had been inundated with messages from men ‘were asking to be number 1000’ – referring to her goal of sleeping with 1,000 men in 2025.
The performer unveiled her controversial plans to ‘get railed by 1000 people in total’, including ‘taking 500 virginities’ in a social media post last December.
At the time, the model said she would be taking applications online for suitors to help hit her goal.

But amid her dreams to reach quadruple figures of bed notches in the new year, Annie is also chasing a happy relationship, explaining that her promiscuous OnlyFans avatar is ‘so separate’ from her real personality.
‘I know online I come across a certain way and, obviously, that’s all part of the branding when it comes to my OF, but who I am as a person is so separate from that,’ she said in the TikTok post.
‘Any of my friends will tell you I’m the most kind, caring, loyal, and generous person – that’s the truth and I pride myself on being all of those things, that’s how my mum raised me.’
Annie also insisted she would ‘try’ not to sleep with any of her dates until they had met up at least three times – but quickly joked that she ‘shouldn’t have said that on the internet because they’ll stick through to the third date and probably leave me’.
Despite her past experiences, the content creator affirmed she remains hopeful about finding love and settling down in the future.
Annie told her followers at the time that she was meeting a man who worked in real estate, which she described as an ‘orange flag’ but said she was ‘giving him a chance’ regardless.
The star first made headlines when she revealed her audacious bid to sleep with 600 men in 2024, after claiming to bed 365 people in 2023, calling it ‘just a bit of fun’.
In a recent interview with The Edge, Annie said: ‘It’s just become a challenge for myself more than anything, and it’s just a bit of fun.’

In February, Annie told her TikTok followers she’s on the hunt for a boyfriend, adding any prospective partners must be ‘super secure’ so she can continue filming her sex challenges with other men
She admitted that the challenge had ‘exhausted’ her at times and she had to start staggering the sex so she could take breaks between romps.
‘Some days I might sleep with five people and then the next few days I won’t sleep with anyone, because I do get tired, it is exhausting and some days I don’t want sex,’ she told the outlet.
Annie also revealed she had been forced to drop her standards to get her over the finish line and that she used an application form to recruit volunteers.
The application questions included participants’ standard details such as name, email address, and location, as well as queries regarding any history of sexually transmitted diseases.
Last year, Annie and Bonnie jetted out to Fiji to film X-rated content with 18-year-old boys celebrating Schoolies – the Aussie week-long holiday after students’ final exams – in a decision that allegedly led to the pair being asked to leave the country.
Fijian authorities claimed the sex workers had been declared prohibited immigrants, but Annie maintained that she and Blue had left of their own accord while noting the incident was still ‘scary’.
Since joining the subscribers-only app OnlyFans in 2020, Annie’s annual earnings have allegedly skyrocketed to $2.4 million.
