Ayushi Khurana has carved a niche for herself with roles in daily soaps like Aangan Aapno Kaa and Ajooni. The actress is currently seen in Zee TVs Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile. Ayushi has been playing the role of Reet in the show and sharing screen space with senior actress Jayati Bhatia. In a recent interview, Ayushi shared that while her character and that of Sharda Bua (Jayati Bhatia) are mostly clashing on screen, they share an amazing friendship off screen.
In her latest interview with IANS, Ayushi Khurana stated that working with Jayati Bhatia has been a blessing for her. Jayati has become a mentor and advisor for Ayushi, helping her improve her skills in unexpected ways. Ayushi stated, “I am truly grateful to share the screen with Jayati ma’am. Working with her has been an incredible experience. Despite being such a senior actor, she is so down-to-earth and approachable. Every day on set with her is like a masterclass, we all get to learn so much from her, the way she carries herself, her dedication to the craft, and her willingness to help others on set, it’s inspiring. While we don’t see eye-to-eye as our characters on-screen, off-screen, we have a lot of fun together.”
As per the current plot of Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, Sharda Bua is making relentless efforts to shake up Reet’s life and the storyline has kept the audience on edge. Fans can expect exciting twists and turns as the story progresses, putting Reet’s resilience and character to test.
Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile is Ayushi Khurana’s third television show. Earlier in an interview, the actress stated if she is looking to transition into the OTT space. The actress told ETimes, “I don’t like to limit myself by saying I’ll only work in one medium. I just want to keep working because I genuinely love what I do. If I hadn’t been working on TV, I would have happily explored OTT. I want to do some action roles in the future. As far as the bold content is concerned, I wouldn’t like to do it. My family wouldn’t be comfortable and even I will not be!” Prior to Jaane Anjaane Hum Mile, Ayushi Khurana was seen in Ajooni opposite Shoaib Ibrahim.
