Babygirl star Harris Dickinson has lifted the lid on a bizarre encounter he had with an older woman who admired his raunchy sex scenes with Nicole Kidman in the film.
The actor, 28, discussed how his performance alongside the Australian star, 57, in the age-gap romance movie has led to more people recognising him.
But not all of these interactions have been entirely plain-sailing, with some new fans enjoying his role in the hit film a bit too much.
Reflecting on one shock meeting while appearing on Saturday’s episode of The Jonathan Ross Show, Harris explained: ‘In America after the film came out we had some funny chats with people – the older generation women tend to be a bit more forthcoming.
‘A woman came up to me and she tickled me and said, “Honey, I can’t wait to get home and use that vibrator”. What do you say to that?’
The erotic thriller sees powerful CEO Romy Mathis (Nicole) risk her career and home life by commencing an affair with significantly younger intern Samuel (Harris).

The erotic thriller sees powerful CEO Romy Mathis (Nicole) risk her career and home life by commencing an affair with significantly younger intern Samuel (Harris)
Describing the plot to the audience and his fellow guests Vanessa Williams, Danny Dyer, Keely Hodgkinson and Gordon Ramsay, Harris said: ‘We basically have this illicit affair.
‘There is an exploration of our desires – I think the director was really interested in trying to explore what it means for someone who hasn’t explored their sexuality properly or been liberated properly, what that means and how that holds people back in a way.’
He added: ‘My mum thought it was going to be a really raunchy film but it’s not. She came to a screening and I did a Q&A afterwards. I was backstage, I didn’t sit and watch it with her!’
Speaking about whether he always planned to become an actor, Harris told Jonathan: ‘I did a few different things. I really loved it as a kid but I didn’t know it was going to be a job. I was a bin man for a bit which I liked.’
The job has not been all positive for the up-and-coming star, who revealed some of his gripes with performing.
‘I feel like as actors though, do you ever feel like a performing monkey?’ he asked. ‘Putting on what you’re told to wear. I have a problem being told what to wear – I’m in the wrong job I think.
‘On set sometimes, I struggle with it. I really want to have control over the costumes, sometimes.’
He also recalled one awkward encounter he had in a restaurant involving a glass of milk, which somewhat resembled one in Babygirl.

Though Harris (pictured with Nicole) insisted it is not a ‘really raunchy film’ as people think, he said he didn’t watch it with his mother when she came to a screening
‘I went for Thai food with my brother,’ he said.
‘Mid-way through the meal, and it was spicy food as well, a glass of milk turned up and I panicked. She delivered it and he said “yeah he’s struggling with it”. I was so embarrassed.’
The incident was alarmingly similar to one of Babygirl’s most highly-talked-about scenes which sees Nicole’s character Romy crouching down and licking milk off a plate before Samuel (Harris) then sucks it off her lip.
And surprisingly, it was not the only unexpected scene involving milk as Romy also seductively drinks an entire glass of milk in a bar in another saucy moment.
In the scene, Samuel had already caught the eye of Romy when they enjoy some drinks after work with their colleagues.
Romy is then presented with a glass of milk by a waiter and she realises that Samuel has ordered the drink for her, prompting her to drink the entire glass as he watches.
As he walks out of the bar, Samuel then whispers to her, ‘Good girl,’ setting the scene for the intense power-play dynamics in their budding relationship.
The wild milk scenes have been discussed heavily online since the movie’s release with viewers being sent into a frenzy over the moments.

Nicole has addressed the recurring use of milk in the film’s sex scenes and told how it is symbolic of the affair itself.
‘Milk and cookies and all these sensory things are used for the power struggle,’ she explained in a recent interview with Hits Radio.
The Australian star also revealed that she had to drink around 16 glasses of milk while filming the now-infamous bar scene.
She admitted her first thought upon reading the scene was ‘how many glasses of milk am I going to have to drink?’, before adding: ‘I think it was maybe 15 or 16.’
