BBC Breakfast viewers aired their grievances after spotting a ‘terrible’ issue during a recent episode of the show.
The programme returned on Sunday with hosts Luxmy Gopal and Roger Johnson at the helm, with the duo going on to discuss a number of global news stories.
But despite a selection of news topics on the agenda, viewers couldn’t help but moan when the presenters then made to introduce technology segment, Click.Â
Roger announced: ‘Now it’s time for the latest news on this week’s edition of Click’, before the show aired a pre-recorded snippet of Click which showcased an innovative new sustainable scooter.
However, while the segment was no doubt welcomed by technology and gadget fans, others were less than impressed to see the same segment on their screens again, with one even demanding that their licence fee should be ‘refunded’.

Taking to X, formerly known as Twitter, BBC Breakfast fans let their feelings be known.
They penned: ‘#bbcbreakfast Third time I’ve seen this episode of #click in two days… Can I get a refund on my TV licence?’
‘Three times …..that’s terrible.’
‘Oy…….nooo not click again it was on yesterday.’Â
While another made light of the competitive nature of the show, while noting that they still liked the segment. They shared: ‘I bet it’s not the full version either… I like watching Click but can do without the repeats.’
It comes after raging BBC Breakfast viewers ‘switched off their TVs two minutes into the show’ last week as they slammed Sally Nugent and Jon Kay for ‘talking to viewers at home like children’.Â
During the recent instalment of the BBC chat show, disgruntled fans took to X, formerly known as Twitter, to vent about Sally, 53, and Jon’s, 54, presenting skills.
Claiming that they both talk down to their audience, one angry viewer commented: ‘#bbcbreakfast with Jon Kay and Sally Nugent wouldn’t be out of place on CBeebies. They present it as if it’s the news for young kids.’Â

BBC viewers were not impressed by the repeated Click segment
While another viewer raged: ‘#bbcbreakfast this is news for 5 year olds. Silly Sally using that stupid voice again. This is more like Play School Breakfast TV.’Â
Meanwhile a third chimed in: “Lasted 2 minutes on #bbcbreakfast before having to switch off. Sally what’s her face with her sad, sympathy voice and woke nonsense.Â
‘Just makes me want to vomit. It’s 8am Monday. Liven up and be more positive. Christ it’s depressing day after day. Sob story after sob story.’
Elsewhere, BBC Breakfast saw two presenters replaced in yet another hosting shake-up – but it was ‘breathtaking’ Carol Kirkwood who stole the show in a figure-hugging blue dress.

The programme’s Monday to Wednesday presenters John Kay and Sally Nugent were nowhere to be found last week, as the breakfast show continued making changes for the Olympics.Â
Instead, Ben Thompson and Sarah Thompson took the helm on the red sofa to read the top stories.
But, they were shown up by weatherwoman Carol, 62, who looked incredible in a fitted blue dress with mid-length sleeves.
Viewers descended on X, formerly Twitter, to compliment Carol’s look, gushing: ‘Breathtaking in blue. Wow.’
They continued: ‘Looking absolutely gorgeous’; ‘Bonnie, blue, beauty Carol’; ‘Very pretty’.
