The AFL WAG, 42, appeared on the popular breakfast show to promote her new podcast Vain-ish alongside co-host and pal, Jessie Roberts.
Speaking to hosts Karl and Sarah Abo, the pair discussed their hopes of destigmatising beauty-enhancing procedures and treatments by coming clean about their own cosmetic work.

‘It’s where you steam your fanny,’ Jessie revealed of the practice, which is said to ‘rejuvenate and cleanse’.

The remark saw the women burst out into fits of laughter, while Karl was left looking mortified.
Following his initial shock at the left-field comment, Karl went on to ask Bec if her husband, retired AFL star Chris Judd, had ever ‘gone for a fanny rejuvenation treatment’.
‘No, we left the yoni steam for Jess,’ Bec replied.
She added her husband had made a special request of her before coming on to the Nine show.
‘Because he (Chris) goes, “please you’ve already done the salmon sperm facial, can you not be the one who also steams her yoni publicly.”‘
In a hilarious move, Karl finished off the segment, saying: ‘You had me at yoni.’

It’s a major win for Bec and Jess, who have already made headlines for their brutally honest discussions about beauty standards, cosmetic procedures and wellness hacks.
During the debut episode, Bec gave fans an in-depth look at her morning beauty routine – revealing she kicks off her day with an infrared sauna, applies fake tan, wears false lashes, and even plucks out every single grey hair she can find.
‘I have hair extensions sewn in, I used a prescription lash serum this morning to make my eyelashes grow better and I’ve got a fresh set of shellac gel nails,’ she revealed on the show.
