Last Weekend Ka Vaar episode of Bigg Boss 18 revolved around Arfeen Khan, who continues to be one of the show’s most controversial contestants. Host Salman Khan confronted Arfeen regarding his comments about Avinash Mishra, expressing his disapproval. Instead of taking Salman’s advice, Arfeen engaged in a heated debate with him. The other housemates also voiced their differing opinions on Arfeen’s behaviour in the house. In the latest promo, Shehzada Dhami weighed in on the situation, describing Arfeen’s actions as mere publicity stunts.
The promo features Shehzada Dhami chatting with Shrutika Arjun, Nyra Banerjee and Chum Darang as they discuss their fellow housemates. During their conversation, Shehzada made an intriguing revelation: “Sun, Arfeen in bat. Weekend ka Vaar khatam hota hai, wo bahar hota hai aur mujhe bolta hai. mission successful.” Shrutika, puzzled by his comment, asks for clarification. Shehzada elaborates, recalling that “the entire episode revolved around him. He intentionally picked a fight with Avinash just to draw attention to himself.” He added, “He escalated the argument over a professional issue, knowing it would keep him in the spotlight during the episode.”
Shrutika then remarked, “But how is having a negative image going to benefit him? If he gets scolded, he’ll end up looking bad, right?” To this, Chum Darang clarified her confusion by explaining, “Good publicity, bad publicity—any publicity is still publicity.”
Last week, during a task, Arfeen Khan and Rajat Dalal made a controversial statement about Avinash Mishra, alleging that women do not feel safe around him. Taking a strong stand for Avinash, Salman questioned how these accusations could impact his family. The host remarked, “How would people view his family when they hear such allegations? I know what it’s like – I’ve been accused many times myself, and I understand what my parents go through.”
Calling out Arfeen Khan who is a mind coach by profession, Salman asked, “Does your profession not teach you to listen to others?”. In a blunt reply, Arfeen told him, “No.” Bigg Boss 18 airs on ColorsTV at 10 pm. It is available for streaming on JioCinema.
