Boxer Jermall Charlo has finally been charged for drunk driving over his May car crash.
The 34-year-old is facing counts of with driving while intoxicated, collision involving damage to vehicle and a misdemeanor count of leaving the scene of an accident, according to online records from Brazoria County, Texas.
Charlo’s blood-alcohol level was nearly twice the Texas limit of 0.08 when he was arrested on May 6, according to officers.
The former two-division champion was driving a red Lamborghini Urus when he was involved in a collision with another video at around 6:40 in the evening, a Pearland Police Department spokesman told DailyMail.com at the time.
A new model of that Lamborghini SUV costs around $240,000.

Charlo allegedly fled the scene after a verbal exchange between himself and another driver.
When authorities attempted to pull the boxer over, he allegedly ignored their sirens until cops boxed him in at a red light, approximately a mile from where the collision happened.
Officers added that they arrested Charlo on the scene, and he showed signs of intoxication upon conducting a sobriety test following the arrest.
Charlo holds a perfect 33-0 professional record with 22 wins by knockout. He last saw the squared circle in November when he fought Jose Benavidez Jr to a unanimous decision.
Meanwhile, his twin Jermell is 35-2-1 (W-L-D), with his most recent defeat coming against Canelo Alvarez in September.
In November, Jermall opened up about his battle with drugs, alcohol and mental health problems during an interview with the New York Post.
‘Depression, self-conflation, going from hot to cold really fast is shocking to you,’ he described the ordeal.

‘It just feels like everybody is against you, I don’t care if you’re in the Uber, a cab, wherever, everybody is just against you. Why I felt like this, [I don’t know].
‘I couldn’t tell that some people weren’t against me, it was just that at the moment it’s the way you’re feeling and I turned my back against pretty much the world. I just had to start getting help with it and it made me a lot better.’
Jermall’s relationship with Jermell also deteoriated during this time, but the two have said they’re now trying to repair things.
‘We’re good,’ he said. ‘We talk, I could call him 1725324030. Normally I wouldn’t even be able to call him, he wouldn’t answer, or we wouldn’t talk.’
