Recently, several reports suggested that the Anupamaa fame Gaurav Khanna has emerged as the winner for the inaugural season.

Celebrity MasterChef, the cooking-based reality show, is heading towards its grand finale. Hosted by Farah Khan and judged by star Chefs Vikas Khanna and Ranveer Brar, the show has been in talks ever since its premiere. Recently, several reports suggested that the Anupamaa fame Gaurav Khanna has emerged as the winner for the inaugural season despite tough competition from co-contestants like Tejasswi Prakash, Nikki Tamboli, Faisal Shaikh and Rajiv Adatia.
But what about the second and third positions? According to an ETimesTV report, Tejasswi, who was among the most popular contenders, finished third, while Nikki Tamboli emerged as the first-runner up on the show.
However, nothing has been confirmed yet by the makers or the star cast. Recently, Nikki’s Instagram story left everyone surprised. She shared a screenshot of her video call with her boyfriend, Arbaz Patel and wrote, “Finally back to reality Bz fake world sucks U know what I mean.”
The post left the audience to speculate that Nikki has not won the show and if Tejasswi has won, then the caption would have been different, as the duo shares a close bond. The Bigg Boss 14 fame did not like Gaurav on the show and always thought he was not worth it. As a result, this caption led people to believe that the Anupamaa fame has triumphed.
Tejasswi, on the other hand, has been receiving praise from the judges for her culinary skills on the show. The final episode might be extra special for her. According to reports, actor Karan Kundrra will make a surprise appearance to support his girlfriend, Tejasswi. Reports further suggest that the makers could also bring Bigg Boss 18 fame Chahat Pandey in the finale episode to elevate the fun and excitement.
The forthcoming episode of Celebrity MasterChef is going to be quite challenging for the contestants as Chef Manu Chandra will be arriving on the show for the season’s first Cook-Along challenge. During the task, the participants have to follow each step performed by the guest Chef.
The show features celebs like Gaurav Khanna, Rajiv Adatia, Nikki Tamboli, Dipika Kakar, Usha Nadkarni, Faisal Shaikh and Tejasswi Prakash. Dipika, who was also among the most popular contestants, has opted to quit the show mid-way due to her health issues. She will reportedly be eliminated after the Holi special episode.
