Charlotte Flair dropped a mysterious video seemingly hinting at her return to WWE. The daughter of 16-time World Champion Ric Flair has dominated the American wrestling circuit for nearly a decade. She has been out of action since December last year. Charlotte last appeared in a weekly episode of Friday Night SmackDown where she picked up a gruelling knee injury during a clash against Asuka. Back then, it was revealed that The Queen would need nearly nine months to get ready for a comeback. Almost a year has passed, with fans eagerly waiting to see the 14-time World Champion back in the squared circle.

Amid all the buzz about her impending return, Charlotte took the internet by storm with a cryptic post. She shared a visual metaphor on X (formerly Twitter) with a caption featuring three diamond emojis. In the ten-second clip, an ice clock could be seen cracking up to unveil a diamond where the name and photo of Charlotte were engraved.

Once the post surfaced on the internet, many fans began speculating about when the 38-year-old would come back to reclaim her glory at WWE. One of them admitted, “Wrestling is so boring without you queen! We miss you.”

Another fan wants to see Charlotte in the final of the 2025 Royal Rumble alongside Asuka, Becky, Bayley, Iyo Sky, Rhea Ripley and Alexa Bliss.

“The mother, the goat and the Queen! Counting the days until your return!” commented a user.

Another fan expressed that he couldn’t wait to see “The Return of the Queen.”

Now, the question is how the WWE officials will bring Charlotte back to the main roster. In a recent triple threat match which determined the participants of the WWE Women’s United States Championship tournament, Jade Cargill sustained a serious injury after getting thrashed on the windshield of a car.

Bianca Belair left the ring immediately and Chelsea Green secured the victory by defeating Blair Davenport. With Cargill unavailable for next week’s match, Charlotte can take up the vacant spot to go head-to-head against Piper Niven and Michin. Having claimed the SmackDown Women’s Championship seven times, Charlotte remains one of the most decorated female wrestlers for the blue brand.
