Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov has alleged an assassination plot against him by three Russian lawmakers from neighbouring regions. Kadyrov threatened the two members of Russia’s legislature from Dagestan and one from Ingushetia with a “blood feud.” Russian state news agency TASS cited Chechen-language comments by Kadyrov to a meeting of Chechen security officials.
