Soya Keema Pav recipe by Chef Kunal Kapur & Saffola Oils

Ingredients:

  • Soya Mixture: 1L water, 1 cup soya kheema, ½ cup soya chunks, salt, 1 tsp ginger, 1 green chili, ½ tsp turmeric
  • Masala: Saffola oil, 1 tsp cumin, 2 green chilies, 2 tsp each ginger and garlic, 1 cup onion, spices (turmeric, chili powder, coriander powder, pav bhaji masala, chaat masala), 2 cups tomato puree, 1 large boiled potato, ⅓ cup capsicum, kasoori methi, coriander, pavInstructions:
  1. Boil soya mixture until tender; drain.
  2. In oil, sauté cumin, chilies, ginger, and garlic. Add onions, spices, and tomato puree; cook until oil separates.
  3. Mix in soya, mashed potato, capsicum, kasoori methi, and water; simmer. Garnish and serve with pav.

Soya Hakka Noodles recipe by Chef Kunal Kapur & Saffola Oils

Ingredients:

  • Soya: ½ L water, 1 cup soya chunks, soya sauce, ginger, salt
  • Noodles: Saffola oil, garlic, ginger, onion, cabbage, carrot, bell peppers, wheat noodles, soya sauce, salt, pepper, spring onionsInstructions:
  1. Boil soya chunks; strain.
  2. In oil, sauté garlic, ginger, onion, and vegetables. Add noodles, soya sauce, and seasonings; toss and serve.
