ABC is celebrating the 500th episode of Dancing With the Stars on Tuesday night with a new two-hour episode that will test the contestants like never before.

There are just six stars and their pro partners left – NFL star Danny Amendola and Witney Carson, The Bachelor alum Joey Graziadei and Jenna Johnson, NBA star Dwight Howard and Daniella Karagach, actress/singer Chandler Kinney and Brandon Armstrong, Olympic rugby player Ilona Maher and Alan Bersten and Olympic gymnast Stephen Nedoroscik and Rylee Arnold.

While the stars and their partners typically get a full week to prepare for their dance, they’ve been thrown the ultimate curveball with the Instant Dance Challenge.

During tonight’s episode, they will find out the dance they’re performing just minutes before hitting the ballroom, in this brutal new challenge that will test their dancing mettle.
