DDA will launch its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 next month, offering 250 flats and garages at prime Delhi locations via e-auction

The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is set to launch its Premium Housing Scheme 2025 next month. The scheme was approved during a DDA meeting chaired by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena on July 11. Under this new scheme, the DDA will offer around 250 residential flats and car/scooter garages at premium locations across Delhi through e-auction.
A senior DDA official said, “This scheme is another key step towards making Delhi a world-class city, with top-quality urban infrastructure, inclusive housing options, and a balanced environment.”
The DDA is already running the Apna Ghar Housing Scheme 2025, launched on May 27. It offers 25% discount on LIG flats and 15% on EWS, MIG, and HIG flats across 7,500 units. As of June 28, over 850 flats have been sold, including 630 units in Narela alone.
Flats Location
The Premium Housing Scheme will offer flats and parking facilities in Delhi’s most sought-after areas, including:
- 39 HIG Flats: Vasant Kunj, Jasola (Pocket 9B), and Dwarka (Sector 19B)
- 48 MIG Flats: Jahangirpuri, Nand Nagri, Dwarka, and Pitampura
- 22 LIG Flats: Rohini
- 66 EHS Flats: Pocket 9, Nasirpur, Dwarka
- 2 SFS Category-II Flats: Sector 18, Rohini, and Shalimar Bagh
- Parking Facilities: 16 car garages in Pitampura and 51 scooter garages in Mall Road and Ashok Vihar
Prices
The reserve prices will vary depending on the category, with final prices to be determined via e-auction. Here are the estimated starting prices:
- HIG Flats: Rs 1.6 crore to Rs 2.5 crore
- MIG Flats: Rs 60 lakh to Rs 1.5 crore
- LIG Flats: Rs 39 lakh to Rs 54 lakh
- SFS Category-II Flats: Rs 90 lakh to above Rs 1 crore
- EHS Flats: Rs 38.7 lakh
- Car/Scooter Garages: Rs 3.1 lakh to Rs 43 lakh
