As per the information, the Dev Uthani Ekadashi shubh muhurat commenced from 6:46 pm on November 11 and is expected to end by 4:04 pm, on November 12, which is today. According to Anand Krishna Thakur ji, a motivational and spiritual speaker, God promised whoever observes a fast, will attain great success in this world.
It is believed that if an individual has not fasted on this auspicious day, their merits in this life will go in vain. This fast is believed to rid of any sins related to the mind, word or deed, added the spiritual speaker. During the day of the Ekadashi fast, the devotee is allowed to consume fruits only once. So, after the sun has risen on the day of Dwadashi, the fast is to be opened by putting Tulsi leaves in your mouth. Then the devotee can proceed and eat some food.
The spiritual leader mentions further that this is a favourable tie for the Tulsi marriage. Along with Lord Vishnu, Goddess Tulsi is also worshipped during the occasion. As per the belief, the marriage brings happiness to a household.
Remedies:
-When you worship Tulsi maa, tie a red kalawa.
-Tulsi maa is to be tied with a red chunari for the worship.
-Goddess Tulsi should be tied in 11 knots with a yellow thread and worshipped.
-During the worship, offer raw milk and perform the puja after lighting the lamp.
– On the day of Dev Uthani Ekadashi, offer 11 Tulsi leaves to Lord Krishna.
