Simone Biles has sparked speculation she’s had a secret breast enlargement after posting a series of snaps from a tropical getaway.
The Olympic gymnast, 28 – who recently deleted her X account amid drama with Riley Gaines – unveiled a glaring new busty look while posing in a string bikini.
The new snaps set the internet is alight with surgery rumors, with Dana Omari – who runs a popular plastic surgery-themed account @IGFamousByDana – among those reposting the image to her stories to offer her thoughts.
Omari speculated that the sports star had work done on her breasts by penning, ‘Simone Biles with the breast aug!! She looks incredible.’ Biles has not yet publicly addressed the speculation.
The athlete – who has previously admitted to using Botox – also uploaded a selfie as she further flaunted her toned figure which she took in the reflection of a mirror.
Simone wowed in a plunging green bikini top with a flashy gold embellishment as well as matching bottoms. She layered the eye-catching look with a sheer coverup and slipped into a pair of open-toed sandals.

Biles stood in a shady area of a spacious balcony as the scenic ocean was sprawled out behind her.
Her dark locks were styled into a low up do and she completed the outfit with a pair of black shades.
Last year, the gymnast revealed that she had Botox in celebration of her 27th birthday – but was not a fan of the procedure.
In a TikTok video, she explained: ‘For my 27th birthday I got Botox, like baby botox, in my T-zone and I did not like it.
‘I haven’t got it again because I would be standing there in practice and my eyebrow would randomly go like this [pulls it up]. So not doing that again.’
During a past interview with Vogue, Biles opened up about her body image and dealing with past negative comments.
‘They focused on my hair. They focused on how big my legs were,’ the star told the outlet.
‘But God made me this way, and I feel like if I didn’t have these legs or these calves, I wouldn’t be able to tumble as high as I can and have all of these moves named after me.’

While talking to Harper’s Bazaar last year, Simone also talked about how her confidence has evolved over the years.
‘My relationship with beauty has changed a lot over time, sometimes with the trends and sometimes not.’
The gold medalist added, ‘Now, I would still say my personal preference is always having a clean face and just being confident in who I am.
‘I’ll have semi-permanent lashes the majority of the time, even if I don’t have make-up on, but I think that it’s really special to fall in love with what your natural face looks like.’
She later reflected, ‘For athletes, I think that beauty looks a little bit different for us. We love the fun aspects of beauty but it’s not what we do everyday.’
Biles – who is married to NFL player Jonathan Owens – also expressed, ‘I do think that beauty standards are changing when it comes to that; it’s okay to not be wearing as much make-up when we’re out there performing, because that’s not the main focus.’
Simone competed last year for Team U.S.A. at the 2024 Paris Olympics – and she has since shared that she plans to attend the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles, but doesn’t know if she will compete.
‘Whether on the [gymnastics] apparatus or in the stands, I still don’t know that,’ she told the French outlet L’Equipe, per The Guardian. ‘But 2028 seems so far away, and my body is aging. I felt it in Paris.’

‘I went back to the [Olympic] village, I took the elevator and my body literally collapsed. I was sick for 10 days,’ Biles recalled.
‘The other day, we were sprinting in the garden with friends, I had aches and pains for three days. So, I honestly don’t know. We’ll see.’
Simone has recently been embroiled in a feud with former swimmer Riley Gaines.
Last month in June, Biles publicly disagreed with Gaines’ views on trans athletes in sports. Weeks later, the Olympic star deleted her X account, but it has since been activated once again.
It came after she came to the defense of a transgender high school athlete that Gaines had been attacking.
But after Biles personally insulted Gaines – for which she later apologized – it opened up a flood gate of attacks.
Gaines decided to deliver a parting shot to the gymnast, despite saying that she’d be interested in forming an alliance with her.
Gaines claimed that Biles ‘has an incredibly unpopular and morally indefensible take – gets rightfully ridiculed for it – issues a groveling public apology after unrelenting backlash – deletes account to pretend it never happened.’

Biles ignited a war of words with anti-trans activist Riley Gaines in early June. Despite apologizing for her personal attack on Gaines, Biles’ social accounts were rife with trolls.
Riley attacked a Minnesota high school on social media for fielding a softball team with a trans player. This came after she also led the charge against a trans girl competing in track events in California.
Biles snapped, lashing out at Gaines and calling her views ‘truly sick’, before getting personal and telling her to ‘bully someone your own size, which would ironically be male’.
A few days later, Biles apologized to Gaines for the personal remarks, saying, ‘These are sensitive, complicated issues that I truly don’t have the answers or solutions to, but I believe it starts with empathy and respect.
‘I was not advocating for policies that compromise fairness in women’s sports. My objection is to be singling out children for public scrutiny in ways that feel personal and harmful.
‘Individual athletes – especially kids – should never be the focus of criticism of a flawed system they have no control over.’
‘I believe sports organizations have a responsibility to come up with rules supporting inclusion while maintaining fair competition. We all want a future for sport that is fair, inclusive, and respectful.’

While Gaines accepted the apology at the time, she continued to criticize Biles for her views and opinion.
Simone hasn’t addressed any of the comments that Gaines has made against her after the apology and didn’t address the reason for her temporary account deletion.
With the onslaught of negative remarks directed at her after she went after Gaines, a former Olympic gymnastics teammate of Biles’ has come to the forefront with accusations.
MyKayla Skinner – who notably said that the US Olympic team in last summer’s games in Paris lacked quality outside of Biles – has also accused the Texas native of bullying.
