After Digvijay Singh Rathee’s unexpected eviction from Bigg Boss 18, his ex-girlfriend Ishita penned a long note addressing the same.

Digvijay Singh Rathee’s exit from Bigg Boss 18 stirred controversy on X. Neither his fans nor his close ones have accepted this sudden eviction from the show, leading them to start rallying for his comeback on social media handles. Amidst all this, his ex-girlfriend, Ishita, also came forward to criticise the makers for the same.
Taking to her Instagram handle, Ishita pointed out that the strong contenders like Digvijay Rathee were evicted from the show, whereas other contestants who showed inactivity remained in the show. She extended her support towards the MTV Roadies fame and criticised the show’s producers. Ishita, who has been a vocal supporter of her ex-boyfriend, wrote in the picture message, “Top 5 contender as you said, and evicting someone like this is fair? No elimination for 3 weeks for a person who was just sitting there like a sofa.” Further, she questioned the makers of the eviction process, which allowed the contestants to be eliminated. Calling it a part of the “dirty politics”, she penned, “Giving elimination rights to someone who is a narcissist is ridiculous. What a shame! Stop doing dirty politics! Rishtey Rishtey aise logo se Rishtey banaye (Should one make relationships with such people)?” Her remarks seemingly targeted the makers of favouritism.
Digvijay’s departure has left not only many viewers disappointed but also some celebrities who questioned the integrity of the game. After Kamya Punjabi, Manu Punjabi, and Rajiv Adatia, Roadies gang leader Prince Narula also addressed Digvijay’s eviction from Bigg Boss 18. Taking to his Instagram handle, Prince noted that he can’t watch the show. But he also sarcastically mentioned that it would be unfair if Digvijay was already in the house, as no one would want to retain the strong contestant. He said, “@digvijay_rathee ghar main vapis a chuka hai ya nahe main dakh Nahe pa raha agar nahe aya toh galat hua bec janta bahar nikalne toh chale ga ghar wale toh kabhe strong ko rakhna he nahe chaiye ge (Have Digvijay returned home or not? I am not able to bear the pain. If not returned then it would have been wrong. The people would want him to go out as they never want to keep the strong one).”
Post his eviction, a few pictures surfaced on social media featuring Digvijay meeting his friends and family outside the Bigg Boss 18 house. The X user captioned the photos with a note that read, “Digvijay’s Welcome at His Home #DigvijayRathee #DiggyGang #OnlyDigvijayMatters.” In the snaps, he was seen extremely elated upon being welcomed with multiple garlands of flowers. Moreover, he rejoiced in the moment with his loved ones and flaunted a huge smile on his face.
For those unaware, after Digvijay Singh Rathee’s eviction, Edin Rose and Yamini Malhotra were also evicted from the show.
