Diljit Dosanjh’s first vlog of the year 2025 is here. After wrapping 2024 with a bang, the Punjabi singer is enjoying a much-deserved break in an undisclosed picturesque location. The Punjabi singer is making the most of his getaway while staying connected with his followers on social media. His latest Instagram post is sure to bring a smile to your face as he showcases his playful side.
From playing chess (with two queens) to posing for pictures and confidently walking through the snow, Diljit Dosanjh was totally in his element in the amusing clip. Captioned “Naughty Dosanjhanwala,” the video opens with the singer playing chess alone. In his comical voiceover, he says, “2025 ki pehle chess aur aate hi raani chugg li hai. By god, do raniyaan ho gayi hain, par koi nahi adjust kar lenge (The first chess game of 2025, and I got the queen. By God, now there are two queens, but no worries, we’ll adjust).”
He does not stop her and continues the hilarious commentary while exploring what appears to be a museum. Later, he is also seen enjoying himself amid snow and posing for pictures. For added quirk to the clip, he goes on to sit on a bench, as the commentary in the background continues, “Khaali bench pada tha main baith gaya, darta nahi hai kisi se, sexy mausam tha (The bench was empty, I sat down, I am not afraid of anyone, the weather was sexy).”
Diljit Dosanjh also plays with snowballs, ecstatically throwing them at the person shooting the video. At the end of the clip, he said, “Yeh 2025 ka pehla vlog (This was 2025’s first vlog.)”
Diljit Dosanjh had a fulfilling 2024, wrapping up his successful Dil-Luminati Tour across India. The tour saw him perform in major cities such as Delhi, Mumbai, Hyderabad, Ludhiana, Ahmedabad and Jaipur. In addition to his musical achievements, the singer-actor recently met with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, sharing his vision for India to host music festivals on a scale even larger than iconic events like Coachella.
Next, Diljit Dosanjh is set to star in the war film Border 2. He will be joining Sunny Deol, Varun Dhawan and Ahan Shetty for the added stardust.
