Donald Trump’s approval rating among Americans is staying consistent despite stock market worries due to his looming ‘Liberation Day’ tariffs.

A DailyMail.com exclusive poll showed Trump’s approval rating still at 49 percent, which is the same as earlier in March but down five points from a February poll showing the president more popular than ever. 

The economy is a concerning issue for the president with a CBS survey showing that before he took office, 75 percent of GOP voters believed that his policies would make them better off but now that number is less than 50 percent.

Meanwhile, Trump has seriously floated the possibility of him running for a third term, despite the US Constitution stipulating that presidents are limited to two four-year terms.

‘I’m not joking,’ Trump said in a Sunday morning phone call with NBC News.

Attorney General Pam Bondi dismissed a Justice Department investigation based on a Biden-era lawsuit claiming Georgia intentionally suppressed black Americans votes.

‘Contrary to the Biden Administration’s false claims of suppression, Black voter turnout actually increased under SB 202,’ Bondi said. ‘Georgians deserve secure elections, not fabricated claims of false voter suppression meant to divide us.’

‘Americans can be confident that this Department of Justice will protect their vote and never play politics with election integrity,’ she added in a statement on the dismissal.

Bondi says that this is part of the effort to carry out President Donald Trump’s commitment ‘to dismantling weaponized litigation and ensuring fair, lawful elections for all Americans.’

Outrage ensued on Monday as Elon Musk launched his latest bribe attempting to get a conservative Wisconsin judge elected to the state’s Supreme Court .

The billionaire leader of DOGE kicked-off a new social media campaign on Monday with the apparent aim to boost Republicans’ preferred candidate to replace a retiring liberal judge.

He is offering $20 to every person who takes an image with another person while holding a picture of Judge Brad Schimel and flashing a ‘thumbs up’ with the other hand. Both people in the image will get $20, Musk explained in his X post on Monday.

‘Easiest money you ever made!’ he vowed.

It comes after the Tesla and SpaceX boss visited Wisconsin on Sunday for an event where he rallied support for Schimel and presented a $1 million to two different people who signed the ‘Petition in Opposition to Activist Judges.’

It shows his approval rating still at 49 percent, which is the same as earlier in March but down five points from a February poll showing the president more popular than ever. The poll of 1,019 registered voters was conducted March 25–27.
