With 11 days until the election, Donald Trump and Kamala Harris are locked in a dead heat nationwide in the popular vote.
The last New York Times and Siena College poll has the candidates tied at 48 percent each. The result further highlights the chance that it could be one of the closest general elections in decades.
But the findings are not a good sign for Harris, as Democrats in past elections have led in the popular vote and have still lost the Electoral College.
Trump saw a bump in a series of polls Thursday, giving him the momentum with less than two weeks left of the campaign.
On Friday he will head to Texas to record a podcast with Joe Rogan while Beyonce is set to appear alongside Harris in Houston.
