Karan Veer Mehra appeared on Elvish Yadav’s podcast, where he opened up about both his ex-wives.

After a three-month-long journey, Karan Veer Mehra has been crowned the winner of Salman Khan’s controversial reality show, Bigg Boss 18. Throughout his time in the house, his failed marriages became a hot topic among the contestants. Karan was previously married to Devika Mehra from 2009 to 2018 and later to Nidhi Seth from 2021 to 2023. Recently, he appeared on Elvish Yadav’s podcast, where he opened up about both his ex-wives and publicly apologised to them.
During the conversation, the Bigg Boss OTT 2 winner inquired about Karan’s failed marriages and asked him, “Log kehte hain ki aap bahut khaate ho, toh yahi reason hai kya aapke divorce ka? Biwiyaan khana banake tang ho gayi ki yeh kitna khaata hai (People think you eat a lot; is this the reason for your divorce? Wives got tired of cooking for you?)”
To this, he replied, “Wahan bhi main hi bana raha tha. Aur bana ke bhi bana hi jaate hain log mere ko (There, too, I was the one who cooked. Even after doing this, people do not stay with him).”
During the podcast, Elvish Yadav asked Karan which of his ex-partners caused him the most pain. In response, Karan admitted that it was he who caused trouble for his ex-wives.
Playfully apologising to them, Karan said, “Main maafi maang raha hun galti ho gayi mujh se. Lekin ab dono khush hain toh I hope main bhi khush rahu. Baaki ‘Chum’ jo tum chaho woh hoga hi (I’m sorry; I made a mistake. But now that they’re both happy, I hope I’m happy too. Rest ‘Chum’ whatever you want will happen).”
The Bigg Boss 18 winner also revealed that if either of his ex-wives had entered the show, he would have chosen to leave. He went on to praise them, calling his ex-wives “dabangi” and “kamaal.”
Apart from Karan Veer Mehra’s victory, the first and second runners-up of the season were Vivian Dsena and Rajat Dalal, respectively.
On the professional front, Karan has previously emerged as the winner of Rohit Shetty’s Khatron Ke Khiladi 14 and has featured in films like Ragini MMS 2, Mere Dad Ki Maruti, Blood Money, and others.
