Television’s biggest night is here … again. Yes, there was a ceremony in January when the 75th Emmy Awards were pushed by Hollywood’s historic dual strike from their regular September date. But we welcome any excuse to celebrate the best in TV and the best fashion among TV stars and creators.
Selena Gomez wore one of the standout looks of the night. Her custom Ralph Lauren Collection halter gown featured more than 600 diamond-cut crystals on its neckline. Jennifer Aniston also kept it simple and chic at the awards show — held at the Peacock Theater at L.A. Live — in a silver strapless Oscar de la Renta number adorned with pearls
Sofía Vergara, meanwhile, wowed in a signature strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown with a plunging neckline. Janelle James, Anna Sawai, Niecy Nash-Betts, Nava Mau and Gillian Jacobs were among the stars in radiant red. Others stunned in pale pink — another popular color tonight.
Jeremy Allen White, Matt Bomer, Alan Cumming, Andrew Scott and Jonathan Bailey were some of the actors who brought their A game. A lot of the men opted for kilts, cumberbands and tie-less looks. Hosts and father-son duo Eugene Levy and Dan Levy looked dapper as well, taking cues from their fashionable “Schitt’s Creek” characters.
