With yet another exciting season of Formula One looming large on the horizon, fans of motorsport are gearing up for a whole new season of thrills and chills as the quickest drivers on the planet vie for the prestigious individual championship on offer while manufacturers look to stamp their authority on the team leaderboard.
The 2025 season of F1, which marks the 75th anniversary of the first ever championships in the sport, is set to get underway with the Australian Grand Prix this weekend and will witness some awe-inspiring action right from the get go as the merry-go-round of drivers has been provided a new meaning with a couple of high profile changes.
The campaign will begin down under before caravaning around the globe before eventually concluding in the Middle East on the seventh of December. The season will witness a total of 24 races, with six sprint races acting as a coat of sheen to the stacked calendar.
The traditional alternations of weekends for races have been replaced by back-to-back weekends of racing action as the calendar remains tightly packed to permit the maximum possible outings for the teams and the drivers to showcase their quality in a long season.
