Serie A giants Juventus posted yet another win at the revamped edition of the 2025 FIFA Club World Cup on Sunday with a 4-1 win over Wydad Casablanca at the Lincoln Financial Field in Philadelphia.

A brace from Kenan Yildiz, a penalty from Dusan Vlahovic and an own goal by Abdelmounaim Boutouil propelled Juve to a 4-1 win while Thembinkosi Lorch bagged a consolation for Wydad.

Wydad’s Boutouil put the ball into the wrong net to give Juventus the advantage before Yildiz doubled the Italian heavyweight’s tally in the 16th minute of the game.

Lorch’s 25th-minute strike helped the Moroccan side cut their arrears in half after Nordin Amrabat set his teammate up for the goal before the sides headed to the tunnel for halftime with Juve in the driver seat with a 2-1 lead.

Yildiz got his second of the nigth, and Juventu’ third, as he got on the end of Randal Kolo Muani’s supply to restore his side’s two-goal advantage.

Striker Vlahovic put the result beyond any doubt as he stepped up to take a spot kick in second half stoppage time and made no mistake in depositing the ball into the back of the net to complete a 4-1 win for his side.

Juventus stand atop Group G with the win as they take their tally to six points in two outings this far in the tournament, while Wydad suffered their second defeat of the event, doubling down on their loss to Premier League side Manchester City in their opener. Juve put five past Al Ain in their curtain-raiser and continued their dominant showing on American soil with their victory over Wydad.
